In the trailer format the Pivot Point Tipper provides many advantages over any other forms of tippers.



The Pivot Point Tipper does not need any power for it to work. The tipping action is smooth, simple and needs very little maintenance. The top tray slides on heavy duty rollers till it finds the Pivot Point and then just simply tips. Other types of tippers like hydraulic tippers need regular maintenance, with leaky seals, oil levels, wiring, reliable power source and faulty switches. Or hand winch that is cumbersome, awkward and has to be hand wound.
